Are WaterWipes Textured Clean safe for use all over the body?
WaterWipes Textured Clean are made using 99.9% water with a drop of Fruit and Soapberry extract. They are perfectly suitable for cleansing your babies face and hands as they are designed to be gentle on baby’s skin. Cleaning Eye Area: They are perfectly suitable for washing your babies face, including the surrounding eye area. That said, we do not recommend using them directly on the eye as this can often be a particularly sensitive area. Cleaning Pacifiers: They are perfectly suitable for cleaning pacifiers and teething toys.
Does Soapberry contain soap? I've read that soap is drying on the skin?
The Soapberry fruit produces a range of natural cleansers called ‘saponins’. This property helps water to dissolve dirt and remove it from surfaces so that it can be rinsed away. It is a natural cleanser that has been used for hundreds of years, but it is not as strong or aggressive as purpose-designed heavy duty synthetic soaps which can leave your skin dry. That’s why our WaterWipes Textured Clean are more effective at cleaning. They are also perfectly safe for cleaning your baby’s face and hands, as well as their bottoms as they are designed to be gentle on baby’s skin.
