Are WaterWipes Soothing Clean hypoallergenic and fragrance free?
Yes. WaterWipes Soothing Clean don't contain any artificial fragrance and are considered hypoallergenic.
Are WaterWipes Soothing Clean vegan and animal cruelty free?
WaterWipes Soothing Clean have not been tested on animals at all, and have no animal by-products in them. WaterWipes Soothing Clean are made from 99% water and botanical extracts. WaterWipes Soothing Clean are vegan and have been registered with The Vegan Society.
My WaterWipes Soothing Clean feel slightly dry, what can I do about this?
Because our wipes don’t use ingredients to "bind" the liquid to the wipes, the water can sometimes migrate to the bottom of the pack. To remedy this, with the sticker properly resealed, turn your pack of WaterWipes baby wipes upside down and then gently squeeze and massage the pack for a few seconds. This will quickly redistribute the water more evenly throughout the pack, and get the water wipes back to the same consistent wetness that they had when they were made in our cleanroom process. If you are storing your WaterWipes Soothing Clean wipes for some time, we recommend you to place the packs label-side down before use.
How do WaterWipes Soothing Clean wipes clean?
WaterWipes Soothing Clean contain 99% water and botanical extracts. Water is nature’s natural cleanser which is why we recommend cotton wool and water OR WaterWipes. Botanical extracts also helps to maintain good skin condition.
Do WaterWipes Soothing Clean have an expiry date?
Yes, WaterWipes have an expiration date. We recommend opening within 24 months of the production date and using the pack within one month of opening. The production date and expiration date is printed on the back of the pack.
Can I put WaterWipes Soothing Clean in a wipe warmer/wipe dispenser?
No. We do not recommend that WaterWipes Soothing Clean wipes are removed from their pack and transferred to any another container, nor should the pack be over-warmed. They are a fresh natural product and should be stored in a cool dry place. We recommend WaterWipes Soothing Clean wipes are used within 4 weeks of opening.

WaterWipes Soothing Clean are made from 99% water and botanical extracts. Our baby wipes are made from 100% viscose, a renewable, plant-based material. Viscose has a silky soft feel on your baby's skin and is strong, meaning it won’t break apart in your hand, so you can clean and change your baby with confidence. † †The viscose wipes satisfied the requirement of EN 13432, ASTM D6400, and ISO 17088 when independently tested under simulated home and industrially compostability processes. The wipes successfully fulfilled all aspects of laboratory testing namely [chemical characteristics, biodegradation, disintegration and ecotoxicity]. Please check country specific waste management practices to determine available disposal options and if composting is facilitated. Wipes soiled during diaper changes should not be composted. Are the packaging materials for WaterWipes Soothing Clean recyclable?
We are on a journey to make all our packaging recyclable. Currently all our boxes are made from recycled cardboard and can be widely recycled. Our bag is made from low density polyethylene and contains 30% post consumer recycled polyethylene. This material is recyclable at specialized facilities.
